Automatic Monthly Settlement:

If you do not submit a withdrawal request, earned commissions will be automatically settled on a monthly basis. The settlement will occur at the end of each calendar month.

In the event that your commission does not reflect in your account or if you encounter any issues, please reach out to us through the "Contact Us" page. We will manually address and resolve any discrepancies.

Communication:

All communication regarding your affiliate account, commission status, and withdrawal requests will be conducted via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date.

Compliance:
